Terms of Service
Effective September 23, 2026. These Terms are an agreement between you and Walk With Him.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Walk With Him. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to make purchases (Manna, Walk+). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13, and we will delete any account we learn belongs to one.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and activity. Free accounts may see sponsored content, labeled Sponsored. Walk With Him may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put others at risk. You may delete your account from Settings.
User content and license
You keep ownership of content you post. You grant Walk With Him a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, improve, and promote the service. This license ends when content is deleted, except for lawful backups and content others already shared.
Conduct
You must follow our Community Guidelines. Do not harass others, post illegal or harmful material, impersonate people, spam, abuse reporting tools, or interfere with the service.

Manna is virtual in-app currency. It has no cash value, is not redeemable for money, and is not transferable except through supported in-app gifts. Manna purchases are governed by our Refund Policy.
Walk+ subscriptions
Walk+ subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed interval until canceled. You may cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid billing period. Prices and included benefits may change with notice where required by law.
Termination
You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. Walk With Him may remove content or terminate access for violations, legal requirements, fraud, abuse, or safety concerns.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Study tools and AI-generated material are informational and do not replace Scripture, pastoral care, professional advice, or emergency services.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Walk With Him and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or use arising from the service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
